House for a Party
In collaboration with our client, who loves to entertain, we transformed this existing 1927 Venice property from a hodgepodge of various additions and eras into a fresh, cohesive oasis that is now the backdrop for intimate dinner parties, family gatherings, and large-scale festivities alike. Drawing on the original structure's Spanish character, we applied warm wood, clean white plaster, modern detailing, and a series of arched openings across the 2,500 sf residence, 500 sf detached ADU, and new exterior pool and outdoor kitchen.
